The IP65 Range has
been enhanced with the first CYM colour mixing 150 watt lamped product from
us, the new ultra compact TRIDENT CYM 150.
Trident
supports a metal halide CDM-SA/T 150W (average 9000 hours) lamp, giving high
efficiency but low energy use. The Trident is in fact with
a high IP66 rating making the unit is suitable for virtually any exterior or
interior application, and can be mounted in any orientation. The colour mixing
system with cyan, yellow and magenta dichroic filters creates virtually unlimited
colour and hues, together with smooth blends between colour changes.
The standard optical
system gives a relatively narrow soft edge beam of around 33° with resultant
good distance coverage from such a small unit. However, alternative beam angles
are also achievable via two options: a horizontal/vertical expansion filter
and a wide-angle filter.
Colour sequences and
blends can be selected from a pre-programmed internal controller, with multiple
unit synchronisation possible, controlled from a dedicated controller, or from
via a DMX512 control system.
Trident
is additionally available fitted with a wireless DMX receiver, for installations
where the running of DMX signal cable from the control system to the projector
is not feasible.

Colour Change System
CYM colour changer system operated by six high precision step motors, whereby
the mixing of cyan, yellow and magenta dichroic filters can create virtually
any desired colour.
Control
Internal controller with a choice of eight pre-programmed colour change sequences,
any of which can be easily selected from a rear mounted dip switch control
panel. Master/slave option for multi unit synchronisation. The dedicated IP65
CYM controller gives full remote programmed control, or any DMX512 controller
can be linked - three channels of DMX per projector.
Cooling
An internal axial fan 80x80 mm keeps the level of heat within the unit constant
and helps dissipation through the metal body, which assists lamp life and
protects internal components and reflectors from heat damage.
