LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN

Though neon has long been the mainstream of the outdoors linear lighting, it is also known for its technical weaknesses, including complicated installation, fragile glass nature, potential shock hazard, high maintenance cost and high power consumption. However, the market for outdoor linear lighting is so vast that many manufactures try to find a perfect substitute for neon, but they all fail to solve the above problems. With over 6 years’ advanced LED technological research and development work, we finally succeeded in producing LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN (the thinner, brighter and more flexible version of the highly popular LINOCOLOR) to replace glass neon. Compared with glass neon, it is easier to cut and can be bent into whatever angles by hand, installation can be within minutes and most important,
it gives no hot spot on appearance. Available colors: red (r), yellow (y), orange (o), green (g), blue (b) and white (w).

LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN is a professional linear lighting device using LED technology. It looks like Glass neon, but is very flexible.

The product can be used indoors and outdoors.

LINE VOLTAGE, LOW VOLTAGE, LOW ENERGY
Due to the use of LEDs, the operates LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN at a safe low voltage (12v and 24v) as well as line voltage (100v, 120v and 240v) and consumes very low energy. This provides the user with a 70% saving on power costs by using LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN. It's available in line voltage and low voltage.

HIGH BRIGHTNESS
The light source is a string of LEDs encapsulated in a special Oval-shaped jacket, which provides a bright and uniform light which is very similar to neon.

LONG LIFE AND DURABILITY
Using LED technology, a lamp life of around 100,000 hours is achieved. The outer structure makes it durable and impact resistant.

FLEXIBILITY
LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN can be bent and can be cut at regular intervals on cutting marks. (see specification for details).

INSTALLATION AND TRANSPORT
Due to LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN being manufactured in SMT technology, the product is supplied on rolls which can be easily transported. A full range of accessories are available for fixing. This will save hours on installation time and transport costs compared to traditional glass neon.

Installing Mode:
The LINOCOLOR ULTRA THIN is a versatile and user-friendly lighting device. It can be cut, bent and easily installed on the flat surface of various materials, such as wood, plastic, steel, or wall, etc. to form all kinds of pattern according to your design. And it can be easily connected to the power supply and then perform well.
1. It is recommended to mark centerlines or draw the outline of your pattern on the surface of your desired positions.
2. Secure mounting clips along the centerlines at appropriate intervals with screws. If there are curves, it is better to secure a mounting clip on and between each curve.
3. Insert the light body into the mounting clips with the lighting parts upward.
4. Connect each part together.
